How do I care for my Bill Blass product?

For garments, all products are dry clean only unless otherwise stated. Leather products should be cleaned by a professional leather cleaning company. For jewelry, don’t drop it from tall buildings or wear while boxing. Treat jewelry with care – it’s common sense.

What payment methods does Bill Blass accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal, and debit cards. We do not accept checks, cash, or money orders.

How do I cancel an order?

Once an order is submitted, it cannot be changed or canceled. In the event that we have to cancel your order because merchandise you have selected is out of stock, we will contact you with a follow-up email.

What carrier does Bill Blass use for domestic shipping?

All domestic shipments are made through UPS. We ship to all 50 states plus the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico. We offer same day delivery to New York City if the order is placed by 2:00pm. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

What carrier does Bill Blass use for international shipping?

International orders are shipped through DHL. We ship to 66 countries, listed in the table below. Duties and taxes are calculated at time of checkout based on the shipping destination, and are included in your purchase. We guarantee the fully landed cost, meaning that your order is guaranteed to clear customs, and you will not incur any additional charges at delivery or any subsequent invoices from your local Customs Office.

How can I check my order status?

Customers with an account can check an order by logging into their account or by checking their shipping confirmation email. A customer who checked out as a guest may check order status by using the tracking number found in their shipping confirmation email.

What is the Bill Blass return policy & process?

Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. All returns must be unworn and have all tags attached.

Domestic customers who wish to make a return or exchange can use the complimentary return label included with each order. If the return is requested within the 14 day return period, is undamaged and still has all tags, it will be accepted. International customers must pay for shipping of returned items.

How long will my refund take?

Bill Blass will issue the refund in the original form of payment 2-3 business days from the receipt of the item at our warehouse. Timing of the refund showing up on your account depends on your credit card issuer.

Can I exchange a product?

Exchanges are treated in the same way as a return. The original item must be received at the warehouse and processed as a return, and the new item is considered a new order. If you would like to receive your new item sooner, you can place the order directly online.
