What is the Bill Blass return policy & process?

Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the product. All returns must be original and sellable condition.

Customers do not have to contact Bill Blass to authorize a return.  For the customers convenience, a UPS RETURN LABEL is included with the package. Please place the label on the box and drop off at the nearest UPS store.

Domestic customers who wish to make a return or exchange can use the complimentary return label included with each order. If the return is requested within the 30 day return period, is undamaged and still has all tags, it will be accepted. International customers must pay for shipping of returned items.

How long will my refund take?

Bill Blass will issue the refund in the original form of payment 2-3 business days from the receipt of the item at our warehouse. Timing of the refund showing up on your account depends on your credit card issuer.

Can I exchange a product?

Exchanges are treated in the same way as a return. The original item must be received at the warehouse and processed as a return, and the new item is considered a new order. If you would like to receive your new item sooner, you can place the order directly online.
